The idea that all fat women contemplate dieting when sitting down is rather insulting, really. The caption may as well say "An fat old sow sits looking out over a garden, desperately wondering whether she'll be able to get up again."

Or "A fat woman sits looking out over a garden, contemplating shovelling the large bag of chips she's holding down her gob before she wastes away from starvation".

Actually--and let me point out here that I'm not dismissing the fact that the caption is truly horrible--this is a site for the purchase of stock photos for other uses. I imagine that the caption is making a suggestion of how the photo can be used: in this case, for an ad about dieting.
Which, in a purely technical way, is no different than a photograph of a young man on a couch with a caption suggesting that he may be thinking about football. In a more human way, it's very different, but the idea is the same, and they're suggesting a possible use for the picture in the hopes of getting you to buy it.
Again, I'm not defending the caption, as it is clearly offensive, but I think that's at least the reason they're commenting at all on what she might be thinking about.

But that's just stereotypical. There's just as much chance of him thinking of redecorating the room, going out to buy some groceries or asking his missus for a tit wank when she comes home from work. But no, men think about football, women think about shopping...with your card...which you wish you'd never given her the PIN number for.

Oh, of course it is, but it's their job to sell the picture to people who would like to use it in ads, ads which, on the whole, have absolutely no problem at all feeding stereotypes.
