Okay, what I wanna know is how he's going to actually achieve this.
I assume it involves some kind of underground bunker.

Blast my inability to edit on this thing. I wanted that to read "I assume it involves some kind of underground bunker wherein his precious bodily fluids can be protected from the menace of Reuters".

Possibly the best (or worst) thing about that complaint is that the complainer must have genuinely thought that a reputable and well-organised news agency Reuters were somehow unable to get a single photo of a lunar eclipse that the average amateur photographer could get and so had to create a fake one.
