Ooo, aaa, Rory McGrath

I saw the bearded tit filming a link for an unknown TV show right outside the window of my train carriage yesterday. Does anyone know what train themed show he might be involved in at the moment? I wouldn't mind seeing it.

I was in one of the old GNER 125s, so I'm assuming it's about their retirement and imminent replacements. As it happens, I'm sad enough to be very interested to see what he was making.

About this entry

Comments

I have still never been on a 125; and as it's my fav'rit kind of train, this fact annoys me greatly. Especially when I'm waiting on the platform at Oxford station, and one that's not my intended train comes through. Grrr.

You've never been on a 125? That's quite a surprise. I guess it's because Northallerton is on the East Coast mainline I get to hop right on one whenever I go to London.

You're not really helping to disprove sci-fi fan clichés here...

What's wrong with trains?

I suggest that at the next DJ, we all sit on Peterborough platform and watch all those 125s go whizzing by.

I don't think there's anything wrong with trains. I'm interested in them myself. I was just having a daft laugh, like.

God, Symes, you're such a trainist BASTARD. Don't hide behind the facts like that, we know your game.
